Imran Khan will match steps of three illustrious Khans — Aamir, Shah Rukh and Salman — in his next release, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. The title track of the film will see him imitating the signature moves of the trio in the song, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan… Matrimonial Ki Aankhen… composed by Sohail Sen and shot over three days.

It will begin with Aamir’s famous Aati Kya Khandala… from Ghulam (1998), with a bit of Rang De Basanti (RDB, 2006) thrown in. “I saw Ghulam when I was 14. I remember the song more than the movie. It was one of those rare times when a hero did his own playback (singing). Mamu did a spectacular job with the lip sync,” says Imran. “RDB is another milestone, as for the first time, I felt a film was speaking for the ‘intelligent’ youth of our country.”
